Our beautiful grade II listed salon has so much character and charm and we offer a friendly, warm and welcoming environment to everyone who steps through our door from start to finish with standards that go above and beyond.

FAQs

Yes, we accept walk-ins.

There is easily access to parking outside the salon. There are also several car parks within walking distance to the salon.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you and whilst we understand that sometimes changes are necessary, when booking with us we kindly ask you to confirm your appointment with card details and to leave a 50% deposit or your appointment may not be confirmed and will be cancelled.

We ask that you give us no less than 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment or your deposit will not be refunded.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment once, more than once will result in loss of deposit.

All no show appointments will be charged at 100%.
